Best Expansion Pack:
Heroes of Might and Magic III: Armageddon’s Blade

3DO’s Heroes of Might and Magic series has nothing to worry about.  Is there any disputing the fact that the trilogy will go down in history as some of the best strategy games ever made?  It is hard to think of them topping the third, so what better way to continue the legacy than with an add-on?  So what makes this worthy of winning the award?  Not only did they add new dragons and other creatures, heroes, spells, and a new town, but also increased the longevity of this classic (who thought it was possible?).  They did so with new campaigns, scenarios, and best of all…a random scenario generator!  Now there is no end to the surprises, magic, and fantastical creatures that come together in one of the finest strategy games ever.
