Mission Objective: Kill the SS
officers and rescue the prisoners in the camp.
Mission Guide: Hide your GIs in
the ditch for a minute until you are set to make a break for it. If you come over the
ridge now the Panther will decimate your team and the guards will ground up the pieces
left over. So, move the spy in the German trooper uniform over to the hill, as long as he
doesnt fire at anyone he wont be found out. Since you get to see what he sees,
he makes a great observer for your GIs to toss grenades over at the guards who are
coming after you. Have the spy in the officer uniform head for the tank, when the officer
captures the tank have Hess hit the east guard tower (2) with a rocket. Leave four guys in
the ditch to distract the Germans while the others (make sure on is Hess) move west down
the culvert to the south. At the first opportunity Hess should take out the other towers
(12,13) from the top of the ditch before his team get too close to the tunnel (8). There
are really no surprises in this mission, just use the tank to cover the insertion team as
they rescue the prisoners and hit the SS Officers, you dont have to kill every enemy
just the ones in black. Take all the ammo you can before ducking out. |
